Life Skills Development Level 1 – Companion
Non-medical support, supervision, socialization and community access consistent with authorized goals.
Personal Supports
Assistance and training with activities of daily living, supervision and community integration.
Respite
Respite support when authorized under applicable APD/iBudget requirements.
Behavior Assistant
Behavior assistant services within the applicable authorized plan and professional requirements.
In-Home Support / Subsidy
In-home support according to the current authorized service structure and requirements.
Personal Care Assistance
Personal care assistance when applicable and authorized under the individual's service plan.
